Well 3 weeks ago i had a subcision done by one of the best doctors in Europe, he also treated my scars mit 80 % TCA Cross.
Unfortunaly my scars look a bit wider now, and it seems that the edges are more noticeable. The all over appearance just looks bad and not good at all, my scars also seems to look a little bit darker. I should mention that Im skin type 4-5.
I thought my scars would look better after a few weeks, but the bad look seems to remain.
I feel a little bit helpless right now, I know that I might need multiple subcisions, but does It make sense to head for more subcisions if a single one did make my scars look more worse ?
I hope someone can give me some advice and help me....
Ah ok, I can see now what you mean in your DM.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the people who commented before me - I barely see any serious scarring. That being said, I know we know our skin the best andare our own worse critics. But you can research "acne / acne scar positivity" on the net. It will give you a perspective of how much worse other people have it and it will also help you with the self-acceptance, if you're struggling with it psychologically.
Also, I wouldn't be so bothered about the Radiesse filler if I were you. While it's true that the results could be permanent as Radiesse is a biostmulator and stimulatescollagen growth, it's a natural, not a synthetic filler (like Bellafil) and the body will degrade it gradually with time. To be honest, I had serious reservations about the ideaof semi-permanent fillers in the beginning too, but I'm glad I listened to my doctor. So far I'm liking the result.

What is it? It's the natural contouring of your face. If you take the same pics of your right side, you'll see the same symmetry.
You know you are obsessing, right? For whatever reason, you have it in your head that your face should be as smooth as a ball. No one's face is like that-- well, except a few women perhaps, usually Asian.
Update: its almost 4 1/2 months ago since I had my subcision with radiesse and TCA cross. My scar still looks a bit darker and more dented, but some people on this board may say that it doesnt look really bad.
But Ive noticed that I can feel my scars all the time, its quite like a pulling as if they were more tethered then before, I consider if this also could be the filler (radiesse) that may cause this feeling in my scars or if its more tethering fromthe subcision but Im not sure.
im definitely not hallucinating, I feel my scars every day a few months after my subcision and this wasnt the case before I hat my treatment.
