For boxcars, forget about filling the holes. What you want is to sand down the edges as much as possible. It's the hard edgethat giveaway your scar when the light bounces off of it. Laser is not as effective as TCA for this purpose IMO.

What percentage do you think is the minimum for scars? To be clear on TCA, we're talking TCA peels, right?

I don't make distinction between PEEL and CROSS. These are just words. Rather I focus on % concentration.

Anything under 50% is INEFFECTIVE for scars. They will work only for wrinkles and textures.

If you have medium to severe ICEPICK scars, 100% is required.

If you have medium to severe BOXCAR scars, 70% - 100% is preferred.

If you have medium to severe ROLLING scars, 50% - 80% is preferred.

Does it take months to see the effects of subcision? Because after 6 days the scarring looks exactly like it did before. Healed really fast.

Well, it depends on various factors like the location of the scar, which type of subcision (Nokor or cannula), how aggressive it was operated, etc. But, for the most part, what you see for the first weekis swelling. Collagen regrowth begins in about 4 weeks and continues for 3 months and beyond.
