Hello I have one of the amazon pore vacumes for black heads and its powerful. Like my whole cheek gets pulled into it and then Im not sure what to do. If I slide it off it leaves a big long red mark or bruise. Maybe Im an idiot but i am confused. Thanks !

cupping is mentioned a lot here. You can look it up. Ive seen links provided too.
