And I would definitely get subscision with filler to replace for the volume loss before any energy devices

energy devices do not work well in areas with scar bands is my theory

I would use dermarolling about once every two months with a collagen serum afterwards. I had similar scarring and it worked for me. You can find a dermaroller pen on amazon. Thank you for posting your pictures. You are a handsome young man regardless of the scarring.

Hey everyone,

I cant believe its been six years since I first made this post. I just want to start by saying thank you so much for all the kind words and recommendations. That was an incredibly tough time in my life, I was struggling with depression, and my mental health had never been worse. Revisiting this forum after all these years brought me to tears. I didnt feel good about my appearance back then, but reading comments from people saying I looked good even with my scars truly filled my heart. It still gets me emotional to this day. I cant express how much it means to me to be able to look back and see such kindness from people who didnt even know me. If anyones interested, Ill post updates on the results Ive seen. I was only able to afford three microneedling sessions, but now that Im 20 and working full-time, I can finally start saving for the treatments I really want. The biggest improvement Ive noticed is in my hyperpigmentation, and while my scars have also improved, theyre not where Id like them to be yet.
Most importantly, Ive learned to be comfortable in my own skin. I dont feel hopeless or depressed as I did back then. Thank you all so much for your kind words it truly means the world to me. ❤️

If anyone struggling with severe scarring happens to come across this, please dont lose hope. There were times when I almost gave up on life completely, but I kept pushing throughand now, Im in the happiest place Ive ever been.
