Hello,
I am currently in my late 20s. About 10 years ago, I had a few rounds of accutane, and although my acne cleared up, I have been left with quite noticeable scarring.
After haunting this forum for several months now, I am keen to seek some advice here. I am based in London, UK and planning to visit Dr Anil this month and get subcision and TCA cross done.
I've included some photos below.
Some questions I have:
1. What type of scars do I have and do they look deep?
2. Would subcision and TCA be promising methods?
3. What are the current success stories for treating my type of scars?
4. And for anyone who has seen Dr Anil, what are your experiences?

These are not deep or severe scars, textural box cars, icepicks.
Have Anil do several subcisions and tca cross for the icepicks, He has rf needling as well.
I would have you do a deep peel lastly for texture OR do fully ablative notice I said ablative, erbium resurfacing - scition or Dr h consults does this in the uk as well. Look at the main scar treatments sub, goto the faq, bottom of that is the Dr's.
Picosure / picoway is great for your skin type for hyperpigmentation and skin remodeling.
I would have you at home derminator(google it) and glycolic peels alternating monthly between Dr's treatments every 3 months.
Do retin-a or differin nightly, and a lightening cream with arbutin, kojic, and licorice etc this prevents hyperpigmentation in your skin type, also use this nightly,

I am planning to have the SMART PRPtreatment he does. Which involves subcission, rf microneedling, tca cross and prp. The treatment is booked for next week so I will keep everyone posted about myexperience.
One quick question...how long is it best to wait before doingderma pen again? I heal quickly and I reckon I'll be back tonormal in about 5 days. Would it be advised to doderma pen 2 weeks after the Anil treatment?
@JazzyPunctuationCan you please respondin one area, it makes me work less, thank you, 100+ messages a day of the worst cases to also handle 😉 1month after, once a month peels or needling between every 3 month Dr's treatments.
