Hi,
I am 25 yo girl, fighting with acne and scarring. Acne problem is being improved by TCA peels and tetrarysal.
Of course I will finish with my acne first. But now I am starting to find a possible and hopefully effective treatment for my scars. There are multiple ice picks (many many of them), box cars and a few rolling scars. All of them are rather old ones. I tried to make proper pics, however scars look even worse in real. My psychical condition is awful because of them. I read many articels about scare treatments and they only make things worse. However, this place gave me litte hope again.
I thought about continuing TCA peelings and starting dermapen treatment (alternately, 5-10 treatments?). There is also an option called Pixel Peel, dermapen + TCA peel. Does it have sens? I would also like to try TCA cross for my ice picks (I saw amazing results here), but unfortunately I live in Poland - no one is doing TCA cross in my country - I do not understand it. Maybe I should try it at home? Subcision and fillers (I do not know if I need them) are also not popular here. I would prefer not use lasers, but if it is necessary of course I will try it.
I would like to ask for your advice and kind of treatment plan for my acne scars. I would be so grateful. Maybe you by chance know good dermatologist in Poland? Sorry for my English, I know it is not perfect.

I am afraid just doing TCA peels will simply open up your pores more and you will be unhappy, think of this at the end of treatment not the beginning. Start with many sessions of tca cross.

So:
- Can TCA cross be done alternately with dermapen treatment? Does it have sens?
- Do I need a subcision?
- If TCA cross will work rf microneedling - few times - it should be the last step?
- Do my scars seems rather easy or hard to fix? I am still not sure how hard is situation.

Always manual methods then energy devices, peels or laser for texture done last. Treat bottom up with issues.
No subcision needed, I see small icepicks / linear scars, cross
