@EnooDiscuss with your Dr if needles from subcision will make scars on your face. If you have doubts do a test area and see. Normally you would know how you heal after a cut previously. IF your sensitive then discuss with the Dr. There is always redness for a few weeks after subcision.
I don't see that you need subcision in those pictures, but I advised you previously off another of your posts. I just see redness that needs pulse dye laser. Your skin looks in great shape in the pics above.

So what is the best treatment that i can do if i don't need subcision? I didn't visit the doctor yet i have to wait a couple months before i could travel,,I'm just looking for the best treatment for my scars
@EnooThe variables keep changing. When you posted the pictures before you had shadows in the pictures, this is the best way for me to give you a plan on your scars. With the pictures above flash was used and a different angle. Bright light hides scars, this is what Dr's do often to hide the scars in pictures. This can change thing suggested treatments. I also have nothing to refer back to from your post as your making new posts instead of the one you had where I gave you a plan for your scars. It get's confusing.
In the above picture I would tell you do do chemical peels, microneedling, and visit your Dr for some sort of pulse dye laser. Discuss more with them if you need further resurfacing for texture.
See when you delete pictures, start new posts, and do different angles and lightening things seem differently. It also doubles up my work when I gave you a plan before.

Those pictures are really so clear it shows how my skin looks like in reality,it's even worse cause i use the flash and it makes every scar so clear to watch, also i deleted the previous picture not to confuse you! But because nobody commented on it,,and i deleted the whole post ,it's useless._.,, i really want to get help,i tried my best to take a good pictures for my scars! You should make sure that my flash made it look way worse than it is,,also i will take a new pictures if u like,,after my face completely peel cause i did chemical peel yesterday,i don't want to do those things that u said,I'm just here to get help!I'm sorry if you got anything wrong.
@EnooAgain I am getting confused. I gave you great advice with your initial post-pictures. The new post w/ pictures you provided are not accurate. We don't take pictures like this. I cannot determine your scars severity when you use a high flash setting which hides any issues. Nor can I compare to the prior post you made which took time to respond to. To make good pictures you use directional lightening and make shadows or a flashlight. That shows me the severity. Your skin in the above picture is better than most people who post on this site. It just looks like you have some PIE - redness and need some pulse dye laser treatments and for slight textural scars some dermastamping at home and some glycolic peels or peels for discoloration with retinoic acid in them. For somethingmore aggressive Sciton fully ablative laser resurfacing, co2 laser,or a few tca peels if you so wish. If your wanting someone else to comment on your pictures perhaps try skincareaddiction on reddit.com it's a sub on there post and ask for advice with many many members, who use at home procedures and topicals, or you can post for free on realself.com for Dr's to review if they so choose(sometimes they don't) and they give advice.

The flash that i used made everything so clear to watch you're very wrong,,without the flash my scars won't even be noticeable! Try it with your self and see what the flash can do,,it shows every little thing in your skin and as i told you,,I'm gonna take a new pictures after my face peels and show them to u,,so for now those are the pictures that you kept talking about how different they are(from my previous post) i'd like to tell you that i took them just in the same way!
@EnooI gave you great advice above. Can you tell me what specifically bugs you so I can help better. Otherwise you skin is better than 99% of the cases on here, ... you have slight PIE - redness, and some textural issues.
