Not super happy. I do have about 8 scars that could get quite a bit better. Also, I think it's easy to forget the progress one has made.

I saw my sister after a year last month. She said she couldn't see my scars anymore. I guess I am too hard on myself.

I have had two. There were 3 months apart. I am trying to get another round later this year.

Okay guys, back with an update. I am in San Diego at the moment, and met with Rullan day before yesterday. He did what his team calls the trio. First he painted my narrow box and pits with 88% carbolic acid. Then he subcised my cheeks with 18 gauge cannula. The process was very different from Morganroth's. Then he microneedled my cheeks at depths switching between 1.5 and 2 mm.

My face was priceless haha. It looked like I had three tennis balls in each cheek. They also injected me with something to bring the swelling down faster. I believe the swelling was because of all the saline water they put into my cheeks plus of course all the things they did. I did bleed a ton but they taped the sides of my cheeks next to the ears with gauze to soak up the blood.

Right now my face has scabs all over it. Rullan said I should wait till the scans fall out before I suction. He said I didn't need fillers as of now.

@beautifulambition and others as well, it would be great if you could please advise me on what after care steps I can take as well as what diet I can follow for optimal results.

@ohwellletstrycongrats on your first visit with Dr Rullan! I was just there on Wednesday for CROSS.

For aftercare, just try to keep the scabs from falling off too early and avoid sunlight. Avoid harsh soaps or keep washing to a minimum. I covered my face in thick Aquaphor the first few times I did treatments with Dr Rullan. This time I'm not using much Aquaphor as I found it to be very greasy and hard to deal with. Folks are mixed opinions on whether to keep the scabs "moist" or "dry". There are some threads on this forum somewhere about it.

I used to shut myself inside for 4-5 days before going outside, but now I'm more comfortable walking around town with the scabs on my face. That way, I don't have to eat 5 days of frozen food and delivery.

This is what it looks like now. Once again, would love your tips on what I can do with the remaining scars. I have taken this photo is as much unflattering light as possible. And as worse an angle as possible.

I am also doing at home dermastamping once every six weeks. Have done three to four sessions so far.
