Hi, today I was in the 3rd doctor, who recommended subcision + dermaroller on the same day. And Sculptra on the 15th day. There are 4 sessions spaced for 5 months.
Honestly, after going to those 3 dermatologists who called themselves scar specialists I was a bit discouraged. I was more excited about the 2nd doctor who has RF microneedling in his office. I must go back there, and persuade him to use nokor and change the sequence of the treatment he proposed. Besides the subcision he will use the Sculptra and work the line of the jawbone.
The good news is that Dr. Davin Lim answered me on realsef.com, based on the photos see what he said:
"You have severe grade 4 eleven scars - I would personally start with jawline contouring as it provides counter traction to the scars, and would improve aesthetics, - Sculptra would be my filler of choice for this. End stage fully ablative lasers to blend in excision to the scars on their cheeks, along with subcsion and excision with primary closure. scars along with CO2 fractional 10-12 sessions over 14 months For scarring of this severity, it's that dedication, and the procedures outlined above are realistic in achieving 70-80% overall improvement. most dramatic results, even months 6-14 will be slower in improvement. "
I know how eager you must be to start the treatment, but I suggest you go slow. Don't try to do too much at one time. Moreover, don't just rely on others' advice. Do your own research. This will not only save you time and money, it will empower you with knowledge.
@scarfacexYou don't have to just goto one Dr or location. Feel free to goto several if they will do what you wish.
Dr. Lim said exactly what I said originally to you. He just is more focused on lasers. Please allow 3 months between treatments to heal. Sculptra should be done separate from the subcision and swelling.

I'm really looking forward to starting the treatment, I've been researching and reading a lot, even before I get to this forum. But your tip is indeed good for me, thank you.

Does Dr. #1 or 3 do nokor subciison if so do that. Then goto whoever after the swelling goes down and do your sculptra and build up your jaw. Dr #2 has rf microneedling. Then you can resurface with whoever you think is best weather a deep sedated peel or fully ablative resurfacing.Dr. Lim said exactly what I said originally to you. He just is more focused on lasers. Thanks for the BA answer, I think that as you said it is a good alternative. I believe the next time I post here, it will be photos after the procedure.
Hi, I here again. This time with news and new experiences.
I did last Friday Subcision + Micro Needle RF
The recovery was very calm, today 3 days later my face is almost without bumps, but with many green bruises, I believe that come from the subcision.
For those who have already made Micro Needle RF recovery is that quiet? The doctor said that in some areas of the face he got to use a needle of 2.9mm, however, I am finding very calm recovery. Dai thought: either Micro Needle RF has optimized recovery or the doctor did not use the power and needle size ideal for my scar level. I am comparing with my CO2 recovery Fractioned from years ago that lasted days ...
The doctor gave me ampoules of pepitides (growth factors) to treat at home for 2 days. Topical use. In these ampoules contained: 1% TGFB3 + 1% IGF + 1% IDP2 + 1% EGF + 1% BFGF. Can you tell if I can get these or better things on the internet?
