You cannot cross that scar, you can do a TCA peel but you have a skin type that can hypopigment or hyperpigment. You would have to do retin a or tretinorin 3 weeks before at night and skin bleaching or whitening cream with hydoquinone or albutin to avoid this.

You get it filled by the doctor and then have her do a peel or laser for the texture. Because of your skin type it may take a few peels. Botox would be helpful but sounds like you don't want this. I suggest you see someone that has experience with your skin type.
