I would put them nearby the current ones if there is room. If you pull off it could break the scab or healing stitches. I suppose you could soak it with dilute vinegar water and see if it comes off, this also kills bacteria, ... pat don't rub. Then when it dries you can put the others. It's a shame they did not give you after care instructions when giving you extras. Call Monday if you can wait till then.
