What are the best low downtime professional treatment options?

I read good things about eMatrix/sublative rejuvination but it seems like maybe that hasn't been very popular in several years and it seems hard to find near me. I see places offering sublative rejuvination but no one under the eMatrix name. Is Infini RF the new minimal downtime option for that kind of professional treatment? Are there others I should investigate? I've done TCA peels so time for something more intense.

i know I'll have to see what I'm a good candidate for but hard to research and find an appropriate provider without knowing what I might be interested in.

There aren't many "low down time" procedures, because frankly they don't work well. With down time you also can get more dramatic results.

Ematrix was never the greatest procedure, ... great if you had "early" acne scars, but not acne scars that were more than the most basic of cases.

RF Microneedling is good, but the bad part aka the bad reviews are Doctors selling this treatment as "low down time" when it's really not. Some report a week or more of down time, and even people with perfect skin get it and are very distraught that their makeup does not lay down perfectly. Also results are not instant and often take 3 months or more to see like most procedures, this is how collagen works.

Laser is low down time if it's non ablative but again you do not see much benefit in any severe scarring (CO2 laser resurfacing one can have down time for a month).

Same goes with vascular lasers used for veins, reds, browns, PIE or wounding post acne scarring, and flushing - this is probably the most low down time treatment one can get that is effected (includnig v-beam, ipl, excel v, 1064nm).
I don't know who did your peels but this is not true that they are low down time. One can get a sedated peel and have 3 months of down time (redness, etc). Yes it does work, it can go as deep as the doctor wants even to the fat. So possibly whoever was doing your peels was extremly weak to be "low down time." Peels can give extreme results but you need longer down time and many of them, see quad's posts.

Subcision has relatively low down time, and high percentage of improvement with filler for pitting.

Microneedling which is now known as dermastamping aka the Derminator (Google it) can be done on a Friday and back to work by monday. This teams well with acid peels throughout the year to be effective.

Frankly this is why I see many people failing in their acne scar treatment, they do not want to do the work or have the down time, hence having poor results of improvement (allowing their body to heal for longer periods of time - through dramatic procedures) .

It really depends on what type of scars you have, please paste a picture here of a closeup of your scars so we can give you a better treatment plan, ... this is the best way to treat not based on down time.

Thanks, that's helpful. I've attached pictures of one cheek. They look worse than this when in bad lighting.

I can do some downtime because I can work from home to a certain extent, but it would be great to work from home for a week or two and then be presentable after that. Ultimately though I don't want to burn money on something ineffective so I'll suck it up depending on what's appropriate for my scarring.

Subcision with buffer HA filler. 2 -3 sessions followed by microneedling RF with over and under PRP will get you there. eMatrix, even at 100 mj per pin 64 pin head overclocked is not the ideal choice. Yes, Dr Steve Eubanks who is the KOL for Syneron Candela has a few good photos, but it is exception rather than the rule. As BA mentioned, eMatrix good for early scars that are atrophic with not much tethering. The resistance (energy ball) of eMatrix is shallow, and would not treat deeper scars. Save you $$$ and invest in more effective treatments, in your situation, I would suggest manual over device. I wish you well

@oywiththescarsalreadyObi want pretty much covered it.

Subcison plus filler for any of the pits that are a pencil eraser (UK-rubber) depth or deeper.

RF Microneedling whatever brand around you has insulated needles

You can mix those two procedures up ie. Sub filler, rf microneedling, another sub top up, rf microneedling, .... (3 of each). Filler can last a year so once you get the sub and filler right move on to rf microneedling.

Peels several tca peels, either from a med spa, or a dr. This is for texture. Peels work better than laser resurfacing and have less side effects, they can be done when you have down time.

The biggest cudo I can give you is space your treatments over a period of time. Some treat up to 3 years when they have time. Collagen takes 3 months to build after these procedures.

Without doubt the least downtime treatment is filler, but that's only if you have volume loss and rolling scars. Temporary fillers can never make the scars worse, as they always dissipate over time.
