@Claus YoungOF course you can, one of many options discussed above. Do the Intracel . Your scars are very minimal you can stop at any point when your happy or do several things discussed above if you want more. Lots of options for you to choose.
@BollundusTagging you here as you mentioned there is no Infini in Germany. Claus has shared with us this German Dr. who does Intracel a equal equivalent for a cheap price.
@beautifulambition
What would you say how much % could I improve my scars with 3 Intracel sessions?
@Claus YoungIt all depends on how you heal. I do not give percentages out and try to not over promise. You need more treatments than only 3 intracel sessions alone as I stated above in a plan for your scars. This is only a single tool on your scar treatments journey. For laser for instance some say they get 10% improvement and others say they get 90% improvement. IT's subjective. You will take 3 months between sessions to heal and develop collagen. This is why I say to wait a bit.
Acne scar treatment is not a race, ... one must give proper time to heal. Certain people require longer than others and treatments can work differently on various people (better or just a small percentage). You treat for the goal of better skin, not the singular device or one thing fixing it all.
@beautifulambition
I have discovered a plastic surgeon who is nearer to my hometown and has much more experience in treating acne scars than the other doc. But he uses this device: Pinxel.
Can you please have a look and say if it would also work? Thank you
@Claus YoungI think the Intracel would work better. It's a better machine. This looks like some copy. I don't know how this this is legal in Germany. It is not legal in the USA to use this device. It looks like the device does insulated and non insulated like the others. You can try and see. I do think it's funny if he is so "experienced" why is he using this machine. Most European Dr's use Intracel, Infini, Vivance, Secret, Intensif. This is not a commonly used machine. You can always try. I don't know that the power has the same spread (RF Microneedles) as Intracel or safety record as it's a Asian made machine. Might work fine but it's not the standard of treatment most use, so keep that in mind.
@beautifulambition
So you think it could be even dangerous to use this device?
By the way, the Intracel is also an Asia machine 😀 (manufactured byJeisys in Korea)
@Claus YoungYour Seriously comparing Korea which is not known as mainland "Asia" if we get to the nitty gritty which a Chinese made knock off? I have many things to sell you in that case 😉
Korea made equipment is better than the USA. They are the forefront of Cosmetic & Aesthetic Surgery. Especially their energy based equipment. Where do you think Infini is made, Korea and yet is marketed and supplied by a US company. The machines from Korea also have a very strict safety record unlike China. As such the machines are much much more expensive.
I am not going to debate if it's dangerous to use a device or not with you. No one uses this machine. That should give you pause. A doctor who supposedly knows how to treat scars is using a knock off machine. They all use Intracel, Infini, etc...Your Dr is using a knock off. Intracel has had to go through vigorous testing including case studies / white papers, clinical trials. Might be fine. But there is no data to support it. Welcome my Guinea pig to the test. Also we do not know how accurate the energy ((RF Microneedles)) is delivered to the pins through testing. A very hard task you can't just copy. At the very worse you will need more treatments with it and it will hurt worse like hell. I'm sure it's cheaper.
It's up to you to make the decision.
@beautifulambition
No it's not cheaper
And there are many doctors here in Germany who use this device (more than the Intracel how I just have found out). Here in Germany this device is even FDA approved
So we have to determine: Every country is diffrent In Germany it's legal to use such a device and in America it's legal to use weapons
The device is not FDA approved I just looked. This is a lie 😉 It's sold as a cheap knockoff. I just saw the distributors site as well. No where do they mention any European or FDA approval. I went to the manufacturer same thing. It's a cheap, knockoff. It's used because it's cheap.
Your comments are not necessary regarding the USA, in fact they are inflammatory when you asked for my help (This has nothing to do about our topic). We are not here to debate political/personal issues and can not make assumptions about things we know nothing about.
If Germany allows you to use whatever on the face (no regulation or safety), it's up to you to make the decision and research. I have tried to help you.You will need more than the other machines that actually have data and approval by several agencies worldwide. It will hurt worse because of the method of delivery. You get what you pay for.
Goodluck.
@beautifulambition
Chinese made knock off haha
Guess where microneedling was originally invented?
Anyway, it cost only 150USD for 1 session of intracel in South Korea. Intracel in Seoul also comes with PRP injection (aka vampire facial coined by KKW) to promote further rejuvenation of the skin and scars, that only cost 100USD.
You guys living in the west are getting ripped off!
