There are popular doctors who charge extra because of marketing. Go to whomever is closest to you and feasible. Dr Novick goes to NYC (office) and has a office in Israel which is cheaper. Then you get some travel out of it as well. IF your in Europe there are Drs there as well. Sub is not that hard that only 4 doctors can do it in the world successfully.
