The chest look like cysts, please have them extracted and or injected with dilute Kenalog. See a derm

The face is a mix of box cars (superficial) and icepicks.

Plan:

3 treatments of RF Microneedling like Infini, secret, intracel, intensif, vivance. Space them 3 months apart.

Subcision on anything that is a pencil eraser in size or more (pits), if not this is optional

TCA Cross for your defined border boxcars and icepicks (will need several treatments over time)

TCA spot peels on your cheeks by a professional who is familar with your skin type. You are prone to hyperpigment. Hydroquinone and Retin A must be used before treatments to avoid this. (This will take several).

For the chest and or any areas of redness, browns, or pigmentation V-beam, IPL, Excel V or 1064m are all options to reduce this.
