Nice results. Yea everything does seem to look on the same plane now. I guess peels are your next move. What type of filler did you use and how many cc?

Scarsarejustmemories, I just happened to click on this site today. I have been gone a long time. I believe part of TotalFX is useless and the only part that will work is DeepFX. DeepFX is similar to Fraxel Repair. I have had 5 Fraxel Repairs performed at maximum Joules and achieved good results. Most doctors will not crank up the Joules and this results in substandard results. With that said, I believe with your darker complexion the laser is not a good idea because you could end up with discoloration. I am not up on current treatments so I will leave the other guys to talk about that. I just wanted to clear up a misconception about the efficacy of specifically Fraxel Repair because it is effective for many people.

Ive decided not to do peels as I hyperpigmet easily, I live in Malaysia and did the treatment in Malaysia, used about 1cc filler each side, the filler brand is Neuramis from korea

Improvement i would say about 70%, sometimes it looks like totally gone especially in the morning. For Deep FX the Dr used high power and low density. Even 1 treatment did so much damage imagine 5 . Its just my opinion but I will not do any laser anymore

Was the filler injeceted right after subcision or how long did you wait?

And did you get hematomas or bumps?

filling done one week after subcision. once swelling goes down you can do filling without bumps.

Hi guys, just wanted to post on my updates after some time, it has been some time since I last posted. I™ve attached pictures below on how I do look now. My concern is the circled part, right cheek and left cheek. From here on, what should be my move? Like what treatment/plan I should get next?  Appreciate any advice I could get. Thanks

It has been almost 3 years since i posted. The last treatment i did was subcision and tca cross which was Dec 2019. Since then, I've quit smoking and alcohol and started to live healthy lifestyle. The first thing i did was cut down alot of sugars/hidden sugars from my diet, dairy and greasy food. Was consuming more proteins, vegetables, vitamin C and whole food. I've lost about 8-10kg since then by doing more on HIIT workouts. This is just sharing from my experience. When i started doing this, I've noticed my skin does glow better, tighter, and the loss of fat actually makes my face and skin looks better(no idea how that happens as fat supposed to plump the skin i believe). Some of the filler which i injected in my right temple is still there even after 3 years. 

I would still say some of the scars are sill there. But the appearance of it has improved i guess. My sincere appreciation and gratitude goes to BA for helping me out. Thanks alot BA, you're the reason there's hope. Cheers
