Inifini first, then subcision. TCA last (resurfacing). Think of TCA as laser, it does resurfacing, but one must fix the depressions first.

TCA cross will work on your smallest spots, not large ones. I see some scars with defined borders. These will fill in nicely. You have darker skin and thus I would have a doctor do your TCA Cross. The area does get red afterwards as it heals, the bed of the scar lifts. I would suggest you wear concealer or medical makeup afterwards to hide the red spots.

You can do TCA cross with 50% or more, you start out low to test it's reaction on your skin. I did a full guide goto the faq, top post of the acne scar sub, then tca peels, and click the link all things tca peels for a guide.

Hey Scarsarejustmemories,
Scars such as the one circled in blue in this pic are best treated with TCA cross. Some of the smaller ones on your cheek can be treated with this as well. Good luck with your treatment, hope you see some good improvements. Keep us posted on how it works out for you.

Thanks for the feedback , what fillers do you think the best for my temples? Voluma or lower G prime fillers which is more runny type?

Dr Davin has viewed my scars. This is the link in realself https://www.realself.com/question/singapore-sg-treatment-required-acne-scar-infini-subcision#5624712

^ He said exactly what I told you in my original post recommendation 😉

Fillers often aren't used in the temples, as the area is thin and create bumps. Use something like Volbella for the biggest depression, it's non water attracting.

People who have darker skin can have darkened spots inside of these scars, and those with lighter skin can have redness inside of them. Avoid exposing scars to sunlight, which can darken them and slow down their healing.

This is a lot of technical stuff, sounds painful (I'm way too scared of any injection like treatments) and looks expensive. But either way, I hope you will heal with the method you've chosen! Best of luck!

Quick update:
After 3 dermarolling(2mm), 1 Nokor with fillers
Note:Dermarolling only helped for surface scars, Nokor with fillers is the one that helped a lot

Is this recent? If some time has passed since your treatment and this is not swelling, then your improvement ispretty notable.

This is definitely swelling. Bruising is still visible.

this is post 10 days, in 20 days time i will go for touch up(no subcsion just filling)..
The Dr used volume filler right after nokor subcision for my temples, he said the purpose was to prevent retethering and to strecth out the fibroblast's for more connective tissue. The superficial filling for individual scar will be done in 20 days time. I think this might work because i heard alot of crackling and tearing sound while he subcise. Only time will tell....

1week post Nokor, filling is tomorrow...this is round 2..From what I see so far, this might be my last round since most scars are on same plane even when the fillers has been absorbed. I will post photo 1 month from today (shouldnt be any swelling) . After this I will give my skin 1-2 years break after to recover . After years of abuse(treatment) , Ive developed dry skin , before this was oily skin.

depends on the type of scar's really, rolling i would say almost 90%, boxcar 55%-65% roughly, ice picks < 20%.
I will post the pics next month,

wow those percentages sound awesome after just one, i guess sub plus filler is the way to go. can't wait to see pics . don't you think letting your skin rest for one entire year is a bit much if you want to achieve better and better results?

i think 8-12 months is just nice for full rest, even after 3 months the newly form collagen is still fragile..it might take more than 6 months actually.

Most of the scars are on same plane already, as per my knowledge, 2 - dimensional scars can be treated with deep peels or fully ablative erbium resurfacing...but for now i'm quite happy with this already as i dont want to take the risk of ablative procedures..i also notice that i can sustain filler longer by restricting facial expression i.e i dont smile, laugh and be "emotionless". I have also stopped playing soccer and exercising for a while, this also keep the filler last longer. For note: Pls dont stop exercising.
