Depends what you want, what your budget is, and what type of scars you have. If money is no object you can just drop 8k in any decent Harley street clinic and have it all done there, eg laser, fat grafting, tca cross, excision/revision . Or you can do some research and shop around and get more tailored treatment to suit your scars and have much more bang for your buck. There really isn't any need to travel from outside London other than to save money.

agreed, but the hard thing is to find a doctor who will give impartial advice, and has your best interests at heart. for example some might recommend excision, but experts have told me that nobody can guarantee a good outcome from excision.
to the OP, i'd encourage you to consider the doctor I used, my research here seems to indicate he is one of the very best in Europe.
