It looks like most of what you are seeing are enlarged pores and would probably respond well to TCA cross. You can also try needling the wider scars. Both of these treatments are relatively affordable, the former you may want to see a professional for and make sure you do a lot of research beforehand - BA has a great writeup on that.

Yes you got predominently ice pick scars or scarred pores,some smaller boxcar.

the little bit bigger ice picks as long as a tooth pick or the device used to apply tca can get into the ice pick bottom then they can have tca cross but you got a lot that more likely require multiple sessions of tca peel,at higher strength tca peels will slowly change all your scarring and texture issue including help to reduce the boxcars you got.
