I have had 3 microneedling treatments with PRP and don't see much improvement (~5%). I was told I have every possible type of acne scar. Most are boxcar, then rolling, then icepick, and 2 hypertrophic ones. I had pyoderma faciale at 28 and am now 33. I have included pictures (not as clear or as bad as in person of course) and am looking for advice as to whether or not to try fraxel CO2 laser, bellafill or something else. How much improvement could I even hope to see? Looking for the best results and to not waste a bunch of money if results will always be minor. :smileys_n_people_15:

Hello,
I think subcision would help you, they may add a dissolvable hyaluronic acid filler to keep them from re-tethering.
For hypertrophic scars: You could try silicone sheets, you can order these online.
For ice pick scarring: TCA cross.
I don't think laser would be a worthwhile investment, they're pretty expensive and usually used as a final touch up to blend everything out.
I'm sure BeautifulAmbition will chime in as well, he's the local expert here. With the right doctor you can achieve significant results, several people here have, if you do some looking around I'm sure you'll find a few of their threads.
BA also has a list of well reviewed Doctors.

@Myth gave you great advice. you need subcision with filler (it will take a few of them). Also TCA peels and TCA cross for any icepicks. You have a majority of rolling/ some box cars/ some icepicks. For how to do any of this goto the faq top post of the acne scar sub, also checkout the tca peels, and the all things peels link. A derm or med spa can do this. Be aware this will be a process over a few years, depending on your down time.
