Microneedling treatments will do nothing for this type of scarring. TCA applied like that will do nothing for this type of scar, they should have done tca cross on your icepicks, which does not sound right at 100%, you need several of them perhaps you only did one, if acid can burn things off car parts it can help raise icepicks. Ok so I think your doctors did the wrong thing. You have All scar types. Subcision, this should be your first treatment, followed by filler when your swelling goes down, this will baseline your face. You need several tca cross sessions for the icepicks, (it takes MANY). I would not bother with microneedling for your case or laser, what will help you is Infini RF or Vivance RF micorneedle, much better than Deep FX and more controllable. Deep FX is only good once you fix your face more, it's way overpriced, and you can do the same thing with medium to deep TCA peels without side effects. You might get sculptra injected throughout your cheeks as you have lots of fat deficiency (this does not fill scars fyi, it stimulates collegen growth), you can also just voluma if you would rather, but this will cost more as more $$$$ / mls are needed. After you finish all that you can do a few medium TCA peels for skin texture, at a doctor, they will go much higher than 30% or do a Phenol peel under sedation or laser which has side effects. FYI your skin will never be 100% perfect but it will be much better, don't want unrealistic expectations.

Go to another doctor. I'm going to be frank, this plan sounds like quackery. Rubbing sculptra on the skin? Sculptra should only be injected deeply for general volumizing not superficial use. I think you should look into subcision like BA said. I don't think lasers are appropriate for these types of scars. I think the most appropriate course would be to subcision, fillers to the individual scars, and Sculptra or voluma injected deeply for the volume loss.

Well I went to another doctor he doesn't do aggressive laser ( co2 repair ) he only does some light lasers which is why he said laser would only be for redness not for the scars I think he was only trying to sell me what they do on a daily basis. he said he wants to to microneelding 6 to 8 different sessions 300$ each and he wants to do it with some growth factors(250$) I've done 2 micronnesling before . I don't think that will improve a lot... he would think about doing subcision with some fat grafting or a filler but he wasn't too sure because he barely does any subsicion.... on the other hand I wanna start by doing subcision and a filler first ( idk what kind ) something that will bring volume and make create collagen from within. Also idk about tca cross because the ice picks don't bother me as much as the rolling scars or box scars I wanna focus on the rolling and box and the texture.... idk what to do now... what if I just did the laser deep fx and scaar fx ( goes deeper than deep fx ) and then inject me some fillers rather then having the other doctor just rub on it... the doctor wants to charge 1200$ for checks and temples I called a place for infini rf and they said I'm gonna need 3 treatment package 1800$ each and it would be done by a nurse specialist or a aesthetician .... I think it would be better by a doctor but not a lot of people do that here that's why laser co2 repair would be my only option and subcision.. again I don't mind the ice picks.. the rolling, box scars and volume loss is what bothers me the most

Anyone else? I'm already doing infini rf so no fillers for now 2 of my docs don't wanna do fillers for now .. fillers after I'm done doing infini, subcision, tca cross I'm afraid of lasers reading horror stories everywhere also I have olive skin so idk how my skin would react to laser I wouldn't do fraxel because it takes like 6 to see some results if It gives me results .... and c02 is out of the question because I can't afford that much downtime and I'll probably be red for 5 months some doctors say that lasers don't lift the scars they just fix the texture I'm sure I can do this with strong tca peels after I do infini rf ,subcision, tca cross and fillers.... now what are your thoughts on this what type of scars do I have the most ?????? Help me out?? Rolling , box , ice picks ? What would y'all do in my shoes what to do y'all say I have some fat loss well what can I do about this will subcision or infini help with that or should I do filler which 2 of my docs are against it maybe sculptra but then again very scared of getting lumps, bumps reading and seeing horror stories help please

You will need TCA CRoss for your icepicks.

If the doctor will not do HA filler (naturally found in the body)goto a med spa or doctor who will after the procedure. You do not need to do this the first time, you can do it the second or third time. Remember it only works on scars the depth of a pencil eraser. Filler will not fix your face, it only works with subcision.

Finish with a high strength TCA peel under sedation or several medium strength peels.
