It's up to your doctors discretion what he will do. Many will not touch you while on Accutane, because the skin is thinned out and in bad shape to remodel itself. Microneedle might not even do anything, as the skin is not in normal condition. Subcision could make more scars with high dossage, peels (your skins very thin while on accutane. Wait till after.
Everything I've read about accutane says to wait until at least one month after you're done with the process to start any sort of scar healing because you may actually scar the skin worse because the skin is so thin. Usually, dermatologists won't do those things while you're on Accutane and if a waxer or an esthetician will still see you, be suspicious because you probably don't want to see them
lwould like to ask if
1) i applied retinol serum right aft micro needling is appropriate?
2) how should i let the blood set on my skin ti achieve PRP alike effect? Just leave the blood dry up on my face? Can i apply any serum while the blood still there? Or apply serum only i wash of the blood hours after?

Do Not... do treatment until 6 months after your accutane. You could permanently scar yourself.
When it's time (retin a by the way is a vitamin a topical you don't want to be used on unhealed accutane skin). You do not use retin a till several hrs latter.
No you do not need to bleed. Some do, some don't. If your on or just after accutane you'll be going way to deep into the skin.
