tca cross for your ice pick and more deeper atrophic stuff and tca peel.

tca cross the ice picks,wait 4 weeks then do a tca peel,wait for that to heal,3-4 weeks then back to tca cross,wait 4 weeks then peel.keep alternating them until tca cross is not viable and then just tca peel,maybe with needling alternating each month.

You have texture issues, rolling, box cars, maybe a few icepicks (I don't see many pinpoint scars). Subcision + TCA spot peels + TCA Cross + Derminator / Microneedling (treatment is over 2 years).
