This is the side of my face with the worst scarring. What is its severity? Which treatments will work best for it? Thank you.

That would be classified as mild according to me, I'd look into microneedling with RF.

Thank you for answering! I feel like it looks milder than it is in this picture but I'm not sure. I always judge my skin too harshly.

These are very light a few icepicks and surface rolling scars. I would not do much or you could mess up your skin which is in pretty good shape.

Pm me for more help

I would do peels and microneedling as it helps people, especially with texture issues. I see redness this could be PIE please checkout that section in my faq, more below. Stay away from the energy devices, your in great shape. Checkout the faq and acid peel section. You could even do some less harsh glycolic peels. Maybe subcision on that one small indented scar.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I will be documenting my journey here. I have a few pimples that I get every month around my period, but I am on Spiro now, so once that clears up, I will start to treat my scars more aggressively. Although, I think I can treat them during the weeks when I am not on my period (TMI? haha). I have dermarolled twice so far and used a glycolic peel a few times. My skin texture has improved somewhat, although I think the peels have helped more so than the dermarolling. I just started dermarolling about a month ago, however. How long does it take to see results from a dermaroll? I've heard it can take up to nine months. I plan on doing it every month.

Do you recommend TCA peels or Glycolic peels? And if so, at which %?

Once again, thank you so much! You're a darling :)

Please read the faq, and the acid peels section there is a link to everything about peels, read that first page. You could start with glycolics, then bump up to TCA if you need more.
