Scar treatment

i have all the acne scars the book says !! I've been suffering from those scars over 10 years now ! What do u think would be my best treatment ?image.jpg

I don't see all scar types, nor do I see deep scars, they are very light, of course the pictures are very blurry. It looks mainly like hyperpigmentation.

Shallow Box cars, maybe some rolling hard to tell form pic. I don't see icepics or any fat loss.

You could use some tca peels for better texture. I think you should also http://derminator.com which most of us use here, it's a microneedle machine for the cost of one treatment.

Then you would TCA peel the next month, ... you will do this for 1 years or less. Scars take time to heal and treat. It's progressive. To learn more about microneedle, tca or acid peels goto my signature below and click the faq and find those sections. scars are never one and done.

To recap your doing for texture tca peels and microneedling.

I see Hyperpigmentation (reds) so do vbeam or quadrostar pro laser, or ipl for pigment. You can also try hydroquinone and vitamin c serum.
