@PrincelyBongoI think they are mini box cars, very light and textural (surface issue). I would do TCA peels (they are so light you could even do glycolic, acne.org sells some in the store) and microneedle. This will take you 2 years progressively with healing. You can goto a Dr, or med spa. You will alternate microneedling and peels once a month ( Do not do laser, side effects - read in faq about this if you wish). These are so light I think you can get very good outcome, out of a scale of 10 you are a 2 in scar severity. If you do not want to peel you can do retin a / tretinorin / isotrex / retinoid cream and microneedle. I think the peels would also help though.

To learn more goto my faq below in the signature, find the sections microneedle and acid peels.

I would give your skin some time, all these scars will improve on their own in time. You are risking orange peel texture with peels, and can easily make things much worse, I also recommend to you or anyone to always attempt to target the affected areas ONLY and not touch good skin with either laser or peels.
