I've seen people with great results doing Subcision with PRP for acne scars

But is it PRP will last a year or less and scars will be visible where it was??
Or what is the purpose doingSubcision withtemporal PRP/Filler injection

What is the best thing to do withSubcision that gave permanent result?

@MikyMor PRP does not last a year, it's simply blood, to be specific if helps you heal better. IT's not magical for scars as multiple treatments are needed to get outcomes. It's also very expensive for what it does unless it's part of a package.

Filler and subcision are great, they are the gold standard of atrophic - fat deficient scarring. This I would do if your scars are large enough with enough fat loss. The purpose of filler is to fill lost fat or the pocket the subcision creates so it does not retether.

There are no permanent results (unless you do Bellafill - fiberglass beads), results are about doing multiple things, you might need to top up the filler or it might heal permanently. Over time it also helps. The body can heal itself, it's just finding the right combo. You goto get a haircut right, or buy coffee, or goto the movies, or for a girl buy makeup. People do Botox a few times a year. So why are people adverse to keeping up filler (we age and loose fat).

Read my below faq in the signature, sections on subcision, and filler.
