Ice pick scars can be treated with TCA CROSS (can do at home but read carefully how to do it) and rolling scars with subcision(by Dr.).

I don't see the scars especially not icepics ( I see some minor boxcars on your cheeks), this is because their is not obvious shadows. You could use a spot treated TCA peel to start out with.
