Buy lactic acid 40% on eBay with a fan brush, there are instructions on eBay. Buy a good moisturizer too, 100% hyaloronic acid will help moisture the skin as well.

So if i was you i will do weekly treatments with lactic acid.

The treatment:
1) wash your face with a gentle cleanser, like Exuviance.
2) prep your skin with alcohol
3) use the 40% lactic acid peel
4) Use baking soda on your skin toneutralize
5) Hyaluronic acid + moisturizer
