These are red marks and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Thankfully marks like this are not permanent and will eventually fade on their own even if you do nothing. But 10% glycolic acid can really help speed up the process. My son's marks are similar to yours and noticeably improved.

They look like hyperpigmentation which will fade and be scars.

nonchalant yet frank. this is what I see too. I see scars that have formed but they also have time to improve a bit. you can treat your erythema with pdl lasers.

my skin is perfectly flat though with no bumps? Can I get flat acne scars then?

your skin doesn't look flat..looks like some scarring ...mild though ..and I cant be too sure until the hyperpigmentation goes away

They look like they will be ice pick scars. Although mild.

The marks look like shallow scars and postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. Many acne scars and blemishes will disappear on their own. For remaining scars and blemishes you should see a dermatologist for lasers, peels, dermabrasion etc.
