Has anyone done this for acne scars? I believe this is a more intense microneedling procedure that goes deeper than what can be done at home? I just wonder though which is better- more shallow microneedling sessions or 1-2 more intense sessions? What do you all think? I saw pictures on Dr Anil Shah's website [removed] that are pretty impressive!
it's just good old microneedling and those pictures belong to some one else.
Ok. How do you know that? It's not that I don't believe you- just wondering...
And Which is better than? Dermapen type needling or dermarolling? It seems like dermarolling would make larger wounds under the skin than Dermapen would. I think in the studys they used the dermaroller 1.5. So-can anyone comment on if there is a difference in results between the two?
