this is so aweesome...deff starting it tonight!! Let you know how it goes.but a question about egg whites- do I just crack open the egg and take the yolk out..and just use the other liquid? Or do I need to cook it or something?! I'm not a chef nor a skin expert lol!

+ is it alright to do the exfoliation/toner/and the mask at night...one after the other? or would that completely rip my skin apart?

go look at my sig for all the details, crack open the egg and put it all in a bowl, then get a spoon and scoop out the egg yolk and put that somewhere else,(i jsut throw it in the bin, but u cud always cook it for breakfast) then u will have 1 bowl of egg white and use as much as u want and mix it with lemon in a 1:1 ratio with ur egg white.

1 egg usually lasts 3 days for me, i dunno why so many ppl use 1 whole egg per day, they jsut wasting it

Hey.

I did the baking soda scrub yesterday and I must say it's FANTASTIC!

BUT, I have a problem. My face is a bit pink now, especially my chin area. I did not scrub hard at all. Is this normal? Will the pinkness fade away in a couple of days?

Thanks. =O)

I tried it too, and it's great so far..but question: I did the Apple Cider Vinegar, after the BS scrub, and then the acne cream, but should I have washed off the ACV before the acne cream?

- Hi -

I have an acute allergic reaction to proactiv's BP lotion. Is there a quicker way to reduce the facial, itchy bumps often associated with skin's intense sensitivity with bp?

-Much appreciated.

paul

I've been using baking soda for the last two days and applyed the egg/lemon juice mask today for the first time. I'm shocked that is has worked. My skin tone looks way better and my red marks are disappearing. I also used the baking soda on my back because I have very bad acne and red spots all over. It stings until I wash it off, but I also see a difference there.

Hi guys, I want to try this regimen out; however, I have a few questions!

My plan is to :

Cleanse with Pupose Bar

use Baking Soda and water paste

1:8 ACV/Water solution

Now after these 3 steps, I was wondering if I could use the Dan's BP gel. I heard that using any form of BP slows down the process considerably for healing scars/red marks.

If I can't use the BP gel, can I use a topical scar cream? I have this generic scar fade/removal cream I bought at the supermarket, I was wondering if I could use this after this ACV/Water solution?

I still use BP after using the baking soda/water paste and my skin has been fine.

questionnn: Is it absolutly necessary to whip the egg whites/lemon or lime juice? Or can I just use the egg white, mix in some of the juice and smother on?! Helpp!

Ive been doing this regime for 1 week and im not seeing any results  in fact since ive been doing it my acne seems to have gotten worse  Ive been using the Baking Soda:Water and Cider Vinegar:Water everyday. i HAVENT been using the eggwhite thing though. is that extra step necessary to reduce acne? or is it just to help reduce scars? im starting to lose all hope in this regime :(

I'm pretty sure this isn't for reducing acne.. but it's helped my red marks and I've been on it for quite a while.

Well in England its called Bicarbonate of Soda - NOT Baking Soda. So i dont know if that will help finding it in your country.

DONT use regular malt vinegar. use cider vinegar. you dont have to use 'apple' cider vinegar (cuz i couldnt find it), just use 'cider vinegar'. i dont follow this regime anymore though. didnt really do much for me...

just a question, when you say wash it off (vinegar), are you washing it off using soap or just flush water on your face for a while?

Has anyone done this regimen for an extended period and got the results they wanted? Have all your red marks faded?

Same thing.

Baking Soda is sodium bicarbonate

(NaCo3, I think is the chemical equation??....or is that Na2Co3??).

Cider vinegar is apple cider vinegar. It's the yellow vinegar, not the clear vinegar is called "White Vinegar."

I tried this regimen for the first time last night and all i could say was "WOW!" Afterwards my skin felt so smooth and soft. The egg mask is the greatest and tightend my pores so much. I hope this continues to work for me in the future. thank you for posting this regimen.

Ive been doing this regime for months now...at first it really helped, however a couple weeks ago ive noticed that i started getting little flesh colored bumps all over my cheeks. not inflammed or anything, but still they are there. i must have like 100 of them! im definitely thinking it has somehting to do with this regime cause ive NEVER had these before! i think the baking soda is clogging my pores causing the bumps (closed comedones) ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THESE!?! or has had this problem too???

Those are most likely skin burns (tiny boils). They should go away soon after you discontinue this regimen.

[

I am currently on vitamin B5, 3 1/2 weeks into my regimen, but I am also using an acne cleanser with salicylic acid, and I use a nighttime acne gel with salicylic acid. Do you think I should scrap the cleanser and night gel, and go with your method? Also, I am a guy, so I shave. Where would shaving fit into the routine? Would I shave, then cleanse, then baking soda, then vinegar?

Thanks,

Dave

Uh- oh. Just wondering has anyone had a "purging" effect when starting this regimen? Ive been doing this for two days and have broken out in small whiteheads. Can this be normal should I continue? Thanks

i've been using proactive system even though i don't have active acne anymore since i started tri-cyclen birth control pills. The bad thing is that i have been keeping my red spots around longer and darker since there's bezol peroxide in proactive solution. DON'T USE BP ON RED MARKS!

HOPEFULLY THE RED MARKS WILL FADE WITH ALL THE NEW STUFF I'M TRYING OUT THAT I'VE RESEARCHED WHICH ARE BAKING SODA/APPLE CIDER VINEGAR , TAPE, ALOE VERA GEL AND DRINKING LOTS OF LEMON WATER. ALSO QUITTING THE BP.I JUST STARTED YESTERDAY SO I'LL POST ANY RESULTS WHEN I SEE IMPROVEMENT. :)
