Hi these are like dark red marks in my skin from old spots but don't know how to get rid of them, the pictures are in very harsh lighting under a light thanks
Luckily it looks like there is no major scarring. For redness Vbeam Perfecta is the fastest way. Dark brown spots you can use hydroquinone or a q-switch laser.
