Hi first time posting on here but I have been reading for a while. Am curious as to what I have on my face, i don't really get pimples anymore but my cheeks are full of what you see in the pic.

Is this marks or scarring?

And what will be the best way to get rid of it regardless of price aslong as its not too expensive?
