Hi all
I have had acne scarring since I was 14-I am now 41-. I have spent 5,000 and have had chemical peels and laser which only made my skin worse!! I am again trying patiently to get my hideous acne scarred face fixed and have had consultations with a few surgeons. One told me to get fraxel repair, another one told me to get Intracell and then Fraxel and the newest one has told me to get Enerjet and Infini!!
What do I do? Having already spent 5000 on my skin with it becoming worse, I am at a total loss as to what to do. I live in England. can anyone advise me what is the best treatment for acne scarring? I have box scars as well as ice pick scars and redness too. So far, nothing has helped. Just want to see what has been the most effective treatment for most people.

I'm sorry you are having such a hard time, I don't know anything about scar treatment, but there is a forum here about that, why don't you go there ,you can ask questions and probably will get some answers ,ideas , or learn more about what people have used and what has worked for them.

Hi, sorry, isnt this the acne scarring forum? if not, where is it?
I think I found it on the recently posts, but, I've just found you on the scar treatment forum now.
Post a specific question ,because your posting is kind of general, I'm not being mean ok , it's just that you will probably get a good answer if people have gone through the same experience , and that way share with you,sometimes I read the headline and if it asks something specific then I can try and share my point of view or experience.
There are good people here ,but what works for me,might not work for others ,so at the end everything comes to the point of just using our best judgement and talking to our doctors.
