Hi, so I've had an acne scab on my face for a few days that I've left alone besides applying aloe vera. The scab fell off today while I was using a face wipe. There is still a red mark underneath. What should I apply to it? Or should I just leave it alone? Will another scab form?

If you are not allergic to Vaseline,or to the ingredients in Neosporin, maybe apply just a little for about,2 to 3 days.

And why do you think that it will form another scab ? The only way it can form another scab is if the skin underneath didn't heal.

If you are using some peroxide treatment, then , the skin will finish the healing process with the peroxide.
