Is it a good idea if I slice the indented scars using razor? I want to do it to make many slice wound around and inside the scars so the area will blood and hopefully the wound heal more perfect so the scars less noticeable. I want to try in one scar to see how it reacts. Any opinion?
no! please don't!
this is what plastic surgeons and doctors are for...and while i understand the need for quick and affordable improvement, it's just not worth further scarring your face.
if it bothers you that much, seek professional help (work and save for it if you are unable to afford such treatments at given time).
in the mean time, just try to look in the mirror, smile at yourself and give zero fucks. once you understand that you're much more than the scars on your face everything will change for the better, trust me mate.

Horrible, horrible idea.

Don't, it won't help and i'll tell you why. I've actually thought about doing this before. But if having a better looking scar was as easy as that, don't you think it would be some sort of common procedure for scars? As it would be far easier and cheaper to do for surgeons. If professionals don't do it, you certainly shouldn't.
i have actually done in my arm acne scars. now, the area turns red and I am waiting for it healed. Anyway, Thanks for your relies guys. I'm just too desperate wherever I go I can't be calm like other people and feeling I'm the ugliest person, moreover people stared at my face and some give comments what i should do although i actually know better than they do, I just pretend like they give worth advice as they don't have any scars. I'm so self conscious. To be honest, I don't even care if it would make it worse because all my right and left side all covered by holes that are so red and inflammed.

Would you post a picture of your scars? That way we could try to help you by suggesting appropriate treatments.

My acne scars is similiar like above. I actually have all the type of acne scars. That pic I found by browsing though. Sorry, Although I have my phone that has a camera, I never took my own picture and always avoid the camera. I'm afraid of taking my own picture even my self only that sees my pic.
again,
I don't know if my face would be like in the picture above with the same lighting on it but my scars spead all over my face like in the picture.
Any suggestion?
Oh my God, are you serious? Don't even think about it. It'll do nothing but worsen your scars greatly. Consult a good dermatologist about it or look for the best scar treatments in town, read reviews about it and that'll be more than enough to treat your scars. Also, diet intake should be maintained.

The appropriate treatment really depends on the type and depth of the scarring. You say you have all types, but which type do you predominantly have? Do you know the three main types of scars (icepick, boxcar and rolling) ?
The woman in the second picture has mainly boxcars and a fewer (but still substantial) amount of icepick scars. The first picture seems to be icepicks and a few small rolling scars.
@perigon, I have been online for 2 years just to seek my acne & scars treat ment. I think enough I understand the 3 types of the scars. I know how hard they will be improved. This is not my first forum I browsed. I search numerous time on internet, I even can't find more information about the treatment because when I am googling I realize I have ever visited the sites. I know even the new treatment like enerjet and how it works but honestly I didnt find any proven method to improve the scars I have. Every day and night I open my laptop or phone to browse internet just to seek any new information. Open this site and that site then at the end I justfall asleep with my headache.
My scars are mostly ice.pixk sxars. But I have boxcar in my cheeks and my temple. I have rolling scar in my temple too. My the texture in my skin is so awful. You can see the difference between the area around my eyes and tbe rest o my both side of my face. It is so rough and and many dots red.
Let's try to figure out if it will make any difference in the scar.
Suppose you scratch up a clean piece of skin that doesn't have any indents. Suppose that it's a clean flat smooth surface. Now, if you scratch it up with a razor blade, and wait till it heals, what do you think it will look like when it heals?
Theres 3 options of what i can think of... 1. There is a possibility that the once clear surface may show signs of a new scar... scars in the form of lines similar to the marks made by the razor... in the form of an indented lines. 2. Or, it's possible that the skin will heal without scarring since no skin was cut off. 3. Or, maybe the scar will be a hypertrophic scar where the scar will be raised... taking shape of the razor blade line.
If you think about it, none of these 3 results will be positive for the appearance of scars. However Maybe Option 3 Will Be Of Benefit if You Can Create A Hypertrophic Scar.
A hypertrophic scar is a raised scar where excess collagen develops due to the recovery of a wound and raises the skin up to form a bump. The problem is, that you're taking a gamble because you cannot control the formation of a hypertrophic scar.
So I guess the next big question is... could it be possible to treat indented scars through the formation of hypertrophic scars to raise the indented scar, thus creating the skin level with he surrounding area.
This is exactly the point of TCA CROSS... It is basically intentional, localized scarring to raise up the hole. However, to avoid making the situation worse I'd advise going to an experienced doctor.
Seriously folks, do your research and focus on the tried and true methods instead of trying to come up with risky DIY nonsense.

Thanks! But they seem strong business sites. I had one dermaroller though and now is storing in my ref. It's too confusing to find some even can't gain any improvement but worse. That's why I thought razor might be better as for it wounds more. But now comments tell no, then I should try a dermaroller next time..

I totally agree with that. Even i faced the same trouble finding the right product for my facial scars. To avoid getting ditched, I consulted a skin specialist and she recommended me this hypoallergenic invicible scars. Since, i have extra-ordinary skin, i had to be way cautious about it, and i actually got inspired by this IS cream since, it didn't even cause breakouts and acted as a moisturizer as well. I had fresh scars so i got rid of them pretty quickly.

You have successfully got rid of your acne scars? Are you sure that they were acne scars or just red marks?

Yes, they certainly were acne scars. And pretty quickly didn't mean they got faded within days. It took around 2 months of religious use of a scar cream to make them go away.
