Had subcision 4/10 with dermatologist MD. My second subcision with some improvement on 1st subcision (maybe 25%),

which I had 2 years ago (the dr followed the 1st subcision by 2 units of artfill a month later).

Anyway after reading Mr. Matts great case for post subcision suction I decided to try again and this time with suction.

Dr. agreed and was interested when I showed her journal article from Iranian Dr. doing suction post subcision

for 2 weeks. She wanted to do same.

I had 2nd subcision done 4/10 and had a vacuum to do suction that I used like Mr Matt to try to prevent readhesions

of skin to scars.

Started vacuuming face in controlled manner 2 days later. Went to Dr and she also did suction with her fancy isolaz suction machine 3.5 days post subcision.

Basically after doing alot of research I decided she could do suction in am and I'd do in pm.

Did this for a week and noticed the 1 week post subcision mark that I could start to see depressions again, hmmm?????

I had minimal bruising, (black and blue hemotomas where dr subcised skin and I had suction).

A few weeks earlier I ordered a few manual suction pumps from Sarah, (at[Removed])

with some copper peptide anticipating I'd do suction, (they got to me a bit later than expected so I used vacuum to start).

I switched from the vacuum to Sarahs suction pump which has similar action to a snake bite kit in sorts, BUT MUCH BETTER

FOR PURPOSES OF CONTROLLED SUCTION.

Let me just tell all of you this: That fancy $$$$$$$$$$ isolaz machine at Dr Office and Vacuum alike take a huge backseat

to sarahs $9 manual suction pump.

The day after I used her pump with maybe 3 passes on my face you could see the skin pull

out and the depressions disappeared. The next day the depressions reappeared a little and did the same thing and boy does

my face hurt! I made new hematomas as well :-/

So from here I have another week of "weak" suctioning at Dr's and I'll do my stronger suctioning at night with Sarahs pump.

I now use copper peptide after after my pm suction as well.

1.) My kind of question for anyone on this forum is what to expect from here post suction?

2.) I actually thought about keeping suction up 1 time per day for 1 month post subcision..hmmm??

3.) I read one post that says post subcision with suction the depressions tend to fill with collagen slowly

like a hose would fill a swimming pool for a while..hmmm??

(I think my Dr might want to do an artfill filler a month later but not positive on that).
