Any Recommendation For Orange Peel Texture Skin?

Hi guys, I have received several laser treatments such as Fraxel:repair, Intracel (RF needle), and a CO2 laser.

I also have received MTS and botobio peel. Personally, I think MTS made my skin worse and made my skin look like orange peel.

Right now, my whole skin texture is uneven and I really want to fix this. I look just like the picture from the link below, maybe a bit better.

http://www.realself.com/question/orange-peel-texture-after-pearl-fracional-laser

I have read a few posts saying that laser treatments can actually worsen this condition by weakening the skin.

What would be the best way to remove orange peel texture? I am thinking of using 30% TCA peel (have used up to 24% w/o problems).

Also, I have never used retin-a and plan to use it. Would this be a good idea?

I did use .30 retinol from MUAC in the past without any problem, although that product did not contain tretinoin.

Is there any other recommendation that would work for getting rid of orange peel?

I do not even care about ice pick scars anymore. I just want to get my skin texture evened out.

Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think your best bet would be to use a chemical peel to achieve a more even skin texture .....

NO!!! Bad

Don't exfoliate, don't use Retin A, don't use TCA and don't laser ;( You've over cooked your face. I hate it for you, & me!! ;( I want to peel my face off and start over, but I can't. It has to heel ;( Use anti inflammatories, nothing harsh. Cleanse with highest quality honey, like Manuka, use organic, unrefined emu oil to moisturize and turmeric as an anti inflammatory (it stains cloths).

Please let me know of your progress!!!

My face was doing great until I got a small does of PDT (Photodynamic therapy). Actually, it wasn't doing great, but I think the PDT made it worse... Guess I gotta let it heal. Ugh! Could take a year.
