Hi guys, has anyone tried to scratch your scars with a needle? It is just a thought.

I myself have hypertrophic scars, and since they are longer, maybe scratching the surface of skin with a needle would after a looong time exfoliate the skin, and would also have same, if not better effect than needling, since there would be more damage to skin? Has anyone tried it?
