hello everything
i am a 30 year old male with darker complexion.
i have ice-pick scars from acne during my teenage years. there are tiny little pits/scars spread throughout my face
whats the best way to get rid of them? I dont mind spending money if the treatment/solution can eliminate these scars forever
any advice on this will be greatly appreciated.

I think only two things can truly improve ice pick scars : tca cross and some sort of excision.
I have ice-pick scars as well and if you think about it, they are usually way too deep for lasers/dermarolling/dermabrasion to work.
Bear in mind, neither tca cross nor excision is risk-free, but I believe it's the only way to improve ice-pick scarring.
If you have a lot of ice-pick scars, maybe you could just excise the worst ones?
Also, if you want to try excision you would have to find a skilled plastic surgeon, from what I've read.
You could post a picture if you want, it's easier to give advice that way
