Can anyone help me identify the types of scarring on my cheeks?

Also, can anyone recommend some treatment options?

It's called ice-pick scarring, it's really common with acne.

I personally would say your best bet is a topical treatment that speeds up cell production,

Retin-A or Isotrex are best known for this. Ask your GP/dermatologist.
