a few weeks ago (3/11-3/18) something irritated my skin, i dont know if it was a bug bite, allergy, or some random irritation to my skin. hoever it became red, itchy and bumpy (dermititis perhaps) as per a friends reccommendation ( physician) i began to put hydracortisone cream on it to relieve itching, then the marks scabbed over, and i began putting neosporin on it to heal the scabs and they all came off while washing my face left my skin with the underlayer of pink/white marks..i assume from reading its new skin but how can i help to heal it quicker?? i am a law student with no health insurance so going to a dermatoligist is expensive for me unless i really need it.here are a few pics of how my face looks now..any help would be great

Just an advice :

Get yourself immediatley at iodine tincture or lugol's and keep applying(2-4 times a day).

Just a recommendation to prevent scarring but i dont know if it i will result in irritation.

These don't look like the regular scars. You need to see a dermatologist.

If you had e.g. a fungal infection causing the irritation in the first place, putting hydrocortisone on it would've worsened the infection since it suppresses the immune system and inflammation. I'm not an expert and I can't tell if this is likely to have happened, but I'd recommend seeing a dermatologist in any case, and telling him what happened to your skin and go from there. Otherwise just keep it moisturized, be gentle and wait for your skin to heal. Good luck.

It could have been fungal related, you could try diluted tea tree oil, it has antifungal and antibacterial properties.
