How Deep Are My Acne Scars And How Should They Be Treated?

I already got a c02 laser surgery done on my acne scars which reduced it probably by 25%, In my opinion I overpayed for underwhelming results but it's whatever I am moving forward and trying to reduce the scarring even more. So as stated in the title how severe are my acne scars and what should I do to get it reduced? Regarding the pictures I obviously covered my eyes and my mouth for the sake of anonymity and the bigger scar on my left cheek is unrelated to the acne scars.

If you already started the Co2 laser I would say keep doing it .

Because the laser is the last step in trating acne scarring(as far as I know) , if you hadn't done laser 'I would say try subcision and fillters first, but if you started laser then keep doing them.

Fractional Co2 is the best laser for acne scars.

I already went through a c02 laser around 2 years ago and as I said in the post I felt that the results were underwhelming considering how much I paid for it. Is there any alternatives just as effective co2? Also aren't there a lot of dangers involved with co2 surgery. I am just happy I got some results and didn't have my skin damaged by the c02. Would it really be wise to waste a ton of money on a surgery that may only produce minimal results and has a lot of risks?

If you went through the co2 2 years ago, now you can try subcision + fillters or subcision + laser.

However you said you get 25% improvment after the laser , in acne scars 25% is a lot after only 1 tratment.

I think the laser works well on your skin but you should consider doing subcision first.

What kind of surgery??Mabye it's punch excision but that will only work on ice pick scars.
