You can't dermastamp while you are on accutane and for at least six months after completing the course. Accutane impairs your healing, and you would most likely just see your skin getting worse if you attempt any treatments.

6 months after the accutane, if you are looking to dermastamp, first read owndoc.com's dermarolling instructions carefully, then consider if you are willing to do it on your own, in which case you'd have to be very careful about hygiene etc since possible infections could just cause damage to your skin (and make your scars worse). If you're not sure that you can be careful enough, then get it done by a professional. The instructions should cover all the essentials, including what you need. I'd also try using Terproline Professional and red LED's, although they are expensive and I can't be sure if they even work that well or are mostly placebo. But I still do like Terproline for post-treatment aftercare.
