so the lump is getting a bit smaller now, almost 6 weeks after subcision. i've attached a photo of the area and although the lighting isn't the best trust me when i say the original depression is almost gone, revealing another slight depression above it which i might subcise too.

what worries me more now are the little marks, indents? scratches? above the area where there was subcision. they weren't so obvious before but recently i poked them with a 30gauge needle to try needling them and now they're really red. should i continue needling them or do you guys think it'll look fine once the redness goes down?
