lol yeah the guy is probably out enjoying his life for a change. let him go. it will hopefully be us soon enough and we wont be coming back.

It is a shame that no pictures of the final overall results got posted in the end. If he got great improvement why not show it off after blogging so extensively? He posted pictures of his skin post op when it was swollen and so forth.
Perhaps he is worried about letting people down? We know now that it's not a miracle treatment so we have realistic expectations.. but it would be nice to see the results.

That's called micro swelling and is typical of any invasive scar improvement procedure. Most people notice their scars slowly return as the micro swelling fades away.
i actually read the entire thread...and the last time he disappeared, it was for about a month or so
and he was on vaca, working, socializing...1 or 2 months can fly fast is you're consumed..
if anything, he is doing everyone else a favor for posting pictures or replying at all. why don't we try being a bit more patient 
if it was microswelling and he didnt see any improvement, im sure he would be back. hed need support if anything and a lot of it. so i think him not coming back is a good sign.
overall yeah it would be great if he posted pics. although i really doubt a lot of people would be willing to do the intensity of the treatmentsh he had or even the degree of scarring he had. take it as a sign we can all improve our scarring and yeah, go and look after your own treatments.

I agree with this. Though I do not doubt he very well had some degree of improvement, it would be nice to know what his skin looks like several months out post microswelling and to see if any additional collagen was laid down to level his scarring. Most physicians claim the best and most true results are seen at least 6 months post-op for acne scarring, so it is not unreasonable to want to see more recent after pictures.

Hi Everybody....
I have been meaning to come back and give an update but life has been hectic for me over the last few months and to be honest, the forum is not my first priority in life at the moment (not disrespect with anybody, so dont take it personally). Had a voicemail from Faizal yesterday and although I havent called him back that prompted me to come on here and see what's going on and give you all an update.
I was to put a few things to rest, but before that let me explain why I disappear:
- I have a very very VERY demanding job that sometimes makes me work 60-70 hrs a week and normally away from home (lots of travelling). I am a Management Consultant for a big european firm and as you are probably aware, consultants have busy lifestyles. Back then when I had my laser, 1) It was Xmas and I was off (hence, lots of time in my hands) and 2) I was off sick in recovery.
- In addition to that, I joined a gym back in February and became a bit of a gym junkie and spend most of my time there, plus all the normal socialising your would expect of someone who is enjoying life to the max. Living in a big city as London also takes a lot of your time with commuting, etc. So, sometimes I come back home at midnight or after and the least I want is to get on my PC to read stuff. Moreover, since February I started a relationship 
and I have been enjoying my other halfs company most of the time. I am in love now!
I felt I gave you all guys lots with sharing my story and my photos. I also got a bit disappointed to see how many negative people started to challenge my results and to even say I was a scam or even a fictitious person created by the marketing department of Dr. Khans office. I shared everything with you guys and it was very frustrating to see people JUST DONT WANT TO BELIEVE. So, that's your problem and not mine. Being on this forum 24/7 is not my job, I do it to help and not for a living. My story is recorded here, I have clarified in several occasions that my improvement was indeed about 80% back then and the results remain (see note below).
So, for the record and to put a lot of stuff to rest:
- I obtained a result of about 80% after doing the combo: Subcision + Fraxel Laser + ReCell with Dr. Khan in December 2009 (That is over 8 months ago now!)
- Those results by March had diminished slightly (say to 70%) after micro-swelling had gone and then I had Stem Cells in March and got about 20% FURTHER improvement with that. (I reported that back here then). So, that takes the total almost 90%. Once again, some of those 20% due to micro-swelling again, etc.
- 8 months after the Fraxel ReCell Combo and five month after Stem Cells, I can tell you that my overall final result of improvement is a out 75% TOTAL. There is no micro-swelling and what I see today it is what it will be forever.
So, I got my results mainly from the Subcision + Fraxel + ReCell treatment as it is well documented in this post. Stem Cell added a further 10-20% improvement but not significant.
If you want to believe it, see the pics, I will shortly post pics of today, so that you can see me. Reason why I didnt post any pics, is because I didn't want to delete previous pics and my attachment allowance left here is (and still is 47k), so.. I will have to delete previous pics to be able to upload new ones. However, I will do so, to please you all once more.
I am a genuine patient of Dr. Khan and I have told you all many times that if you do not believe I am real, you can send me a private message, I can give you my number and I dare you to meet me in person for real and you will see the results by yourself. Only 1 person did so.
I could have posted all my pics and story without having to name Dr. Khan's name, that would have made no difference. Reason why I named him, was because YOU all wanted to know who was the man who helped me get the results, all wanted his address, etc. So... defending Dr. Khan is not my job. I just reported facts and I was good to you to share everything with you.
This will be my last post until I have my laser again. I will not coming back to the forum to read negativity, criticisms and silly and offensive comments. I will follow ICareToHelp advise and just disable my account and close this post in the future. 1) because I dont have the time to keep it up 2) It is disappointing how everybody turn everything negative and 3) because I contributed, helped and done my bit and dont want my pics online forever.
In order to get 100% perfection in my skin, I will REPEAT my Subcision + Fraxel + ReCell Treatment with Dr. Khan this December (waiting for the summer to be over so I can go an sunbathe in Mykonos in two weeks time!!!.. however, Faizal's call prompted me to make a follow up appointment with him next week. I will see him next Monday)... and I am confident that with Dr. Khan I will get perfect skin soon. He has also suggested PRP and other treatments and I will CONTINUE my journey with Dr Khan because I have had the results I wanted. I then will open a new post and update you again.
I understand Faizal didnt get the results he wanted from Stem Cells, but as I said, Stem Cells although left further improvement on me, wasnt really what gave me the bit shoot. It was the Subcision + Fraxel + ReCell. Dr Khan does a lot of Stem Cells and lot of people get lots of results. It all dependends on the type of scars, and let's remember that not every patient is on here and want to report on their results!
On a personal note, I think you guys have to be more positive about your scars and look for the right treatment for you. We all know that all treatments are not suitable to everybody, depends on your skin, your scars, etc... so your Dr should be able to tell you what's best for you. What Dr Khan suggested for me worked as promised and I regard Dr Khan as an incredibly professional man, with good intentions who will do his best to get his patients results. I will continue to see him. The fact that Faizal didnt get results with Stem Cells with him, doesn mean he wouldnt or that other treatments he does arent good either.
