thank you good boy.you always give people a good mood
Good Man you mean. I'm 25.
Take things easy, nobody here right now knows when micro-coring will be out and when anyone does, he/she would post it. It may be this year, next year, next 5 years who knows.
And I'd pick microneedling over laser, preferably a DermaPen over a Dermaroller from a dermatologist or professional, you could do it yourself but based on people's accounts inexperience can worsen your scars. If you do want to DIY you can try lower needle lengths below 1.0mm.

Because Cytrellis didn't said that it will definetly hit the market in 2021 ;( Last news on their website was in April of this year and did not concern their products (this was an interview with their head on an abstract topic)

How can microneedling make scars worse? I don't understand. After all, the needles are very thin, thinner than microcoring needles (which are perceived by many as a potential scar treatment)
Also, why you prefer dermapen over roller?

In the hands of someone inexperienced any procedure is a risk, that was what I meant. You can make scars worse if you microneedle without giving your skin enough time to heal properly and remodel it's collagen or using overly aggressive needling techniques - which brings in the DermaPen vs Dermaroller comparison, you have less precision and uneven penetration moreso using a Dermaroller especially over facial contours.

they have been doing research for a long time.I think it will come out soon
who knows what is the procedure?
Guys, so I really want to know about Gemstone Biotheraputics. Essentially, they got a pig skin to heal with no scarring with their Hydrogel and they are on 510K track for the FDA. This means they technically don't need clinical data to put it on the market, but I was listening to a podcast where their CEO (Emily English) said they were doing clinical trials to show proof of concept still in human subjects. On the clinical trials website they did have a public human trial in which was supposed to end in May 2020. There have been no updates on results and when I contacted the company, it was said that Emily English is no longer with the company. I contacted Sharon Grecht the person who created the hydrogel to see whats up.
Can we all group together to update on latest developments? I've been looking everywhere for updates. Still waiting on Gemstone...PIRL laser is one I found where it can cut out scar tissue and not cause other tissue damage, but it won't be doing clinical trials for at least to 2-3 years.

Well if u cut out the scar tissue , you have to replace it with something.
