Ok let me try and get into more detail on how PolarityTE's method works. They have been a bit secretive, but the work from other
researchers allowed me to put together most of the puzzle.
First off these guys are the best bet for solving scars/acne/other skin conditions. They regenerate all layers of the skin and not just the epidermis. I'm also feeling really confident about PolarityTE! It's amazing how people are even still talking about the bust that Gemstone is or Sunogel which is one Professor in his basement.

3rd degree burns are the worst injuries to the skin. If burns can be regenerated without scarring then all other skin issues including your small scar will be not an issue. We will see results in a few months. The next step would be how cosmetic plastic surgeons will be able to apply skinte to skin conditions for cosmetic procedures such as removal of stretchmarks, scars and hair loss. But I am sure they will find less invasive ways for acne scars and stretchmarks, once the plastic surgeons know skin can be regenerated. I thinks once the results are out I will contact few surgeons and bring polarity to their notice. @damnBOYwhere are you from?

I am from GREECE ...my question is how they will regenerate superficial veins (the veins you can see under the skin , they located to hypodermis.....if they cut all the layers of the skin how the skinte will regenerate the superficial veins in order to be like they were before
Polarityte does not cut anything, they just provide the product and ways to apply it. It's the plastic surgeon who will do the cutting/removal if required, I think the surgeons will develop less aggressive ways to apply it in cosmetic surgeries. In burns they have to remove the dead skin, but with small scars or stretchmarks or for hair regeneration, I don't think it will be necessary to remove the complete skin. Regarding veins, capillary, they are below the skin and they won't be affected or cutted out!! somebody has already told you this.

so when they are saying that skite propagates into old scar tissue they mean that they apply the skinte into the scar and they dont remove the scar like the 3 degree burns where they remove the burned skin right?
Information is currently limited. Better wait for few months then more information will be available and plastic surgeons will come up with ways to apply it to various skin conditions. They have so far shown it on 3rd degree burns and there the standard way is to remove all layers. But they want to also regenerate hair on bold men and for that other ways might be applicable. But we will know more in few months

@Anish004, you don't need to w8 polarityTE products, cuz if they will succeed in burns it takes them about 1 year else to fulfill the clinicals in cosmetic treatments and start to offer it. In your case your have nothing to worry about,chickenpox scar is treated with current methods well. Look this forum, there were a photos of a man who have completely removed it with the help of only subcision and TCA. And this is a cheap treatments. And no need to remove moles, but if you want, it could leave a scar, but in your case you dont have a broad moles, so it could be removed without any scar if you find a good doctor. Others breakouts could be treated with the help of retin-a. So you dont need such innovative product as SkinTE, especially if it need to remove a skin. @damnBOY I don't see anything on your photo about stretch marks. Why are you so addicted SkinTE? You know there are lots of skin issues, and the scars, especially on the face, is one of the self-esteem problem in modern world. And such treatments as skin grafts, stem cell injections or SkinTE products are not as simple as to apply a moisturizer on your face. According to The Scar Free Foundation we should expect scar free healing only in 2040s, according to another scientists opinions I've read about, nothing will come till 2025. And about stretch marks, it's the common issue, many people have in on their butt, knees, belly (women after chieldren births) and arms. You sould have use dietary supplements such as collagen or others for improving skin elasticity (your fitness coach should told it and you should had asked it as well). But todays treatments as lasers, PRP and stem cell injections (or more older options such as recell) could drastically improve it, I dont see "severe" stretch marks on your photo (actually I dont see it at all), so you will left only with hard to see lines, which would be almost the same color as other skin. And if you want, the tatoo will cover it completely and it also will give you some points of uniqueness (if you choose smt interesting) and be a part of human art 
). And as I know, if you want to be a sport model, before a competition you will apply a bronzer on your skin and stretch marks will be unseeable at all. Or if you planing to be a photo model, photoshop and others will remove it, dont worry, the skin conditions are not the point here (at least not so severe as acne IV degree +), look Cassandra Bankson or Em on youtube, they are both adorable.
So your problem have a solution for todays. As well as Anish004. So no need to be desperate or suicidal, look at this forum's topics of severe facial acne scars and try to imagine, how should people with such condition live if you won't (and I've just silenced about facial burns). In this case the main problem should be to legalize the euthanasia for others. And I dont want to blame you, I've just told, that all have a problems and want to improve their appearence, but your problems have a solution today, as evere acne scars and burns are not (I've done 5 lasers treatments, 12 dermapen treatments, 8 PRP treatments, subcision, human placenta injections, and others as retinoids, peelings, masks etc. etc. and see improvement about 50-60% that is a really good achievement in my case, but further improvments are hard to be achieved, and 100% is impossible, even with fillers, which are not permanent (and silicone injectins are not safe)).

They are planning on putting the product to market the first quarter of 2018 (Given that it does indeed work on humans). There is no long FDA approval wait because every substrate PolarityTE is autologous tissue from our own body.

Not really, FDA approval pretty much always takes a long time. Also understand that this is for open wounds not cosmetic use yet. Their platform is open wounds, that has to succeed before we get cosmetic use. Clinical trials have multiple phases, it's not as easy as here is a product it works let's bring it to market. The FDA is strict, it will take years and years. Then maybe they move on to using it for cosmetic uses, that will take even more years. Also consider that investors will make this expensive as fuck, insurance will not cover any of this, they are greedy. My guess as to why SkinTe is giving such an optimistic forecast is to lure in investors. Honestly, if all these labs got together to figure this out and combine funding we'd get somewhere, but they're all trying to earn the big bucks or only focussing on a small part of wound healing. Look at recell, they're still on the last stage of FDA approval. Just barely, it's insane and that costs a lot of money. Like 5 grand. You all with acne scars are fooling yourselves, no way in hell will a surgeon slice your face open for acne scars. Your best bet is tropoelastin, SkinTe will likely be used for really bad scars like surgical, burn and cancer restoration. Unless you have horrific acne scars I don't see it happening.

Bringing awareness about scars, but doing nothing to actually support real research. You made a good point about ease of use. SkinTe is going to be used for bad scars like burns. Those types of scars pose a functional problem to the body and are more serious than acne scars, that will be the first focus after open wounds, think of it as a true skin graft alternative. That has been what plastics surgeons have been after for years. Allowing bad scars to be a thing of the past, to allow normal movement and function of the skin after damage. Dermal regeneration which has never occurred before. To avoid bad disfigurement. Normal pigment, hair follicles, sweat and oil glands etc... If this proves successful I'm sure they will branch out and tackle stretch marks and acne scars. But it isn't their first objective right now.
elastagen has spent a lot of Money to tropoelastin and the cure of strech marks..... i doupt they are looking only for improvement what improvement i have done everything to fix my strech marks and nothing Works no improvement .....
