Theres something stuck in his butthole
ll a game
Die like a star
Living your life playing the game while ns starve
Got it going on
Wish we were there
Wish we were there
Breaking all the rules
While ns try to play fair
Aint nothing fair in this game of life
You gotta get yours befo re you lose your life
The game is design for them to win
Think Im lying? Visit the pen
They already got a number reserved for your ass
Dont be a fool and
Join their class
They want you to enroll in their institution
So they can pimp you with their new form of prostitution
Wake up my s, and hear me clear
Dont be a slave to the game called fear
You got a mind, you gotta use it
Because if you dont they will abuse it
Dont be victim to their game
Learn the rules my ns and do the same
Theres a lot more money on that other side

Haha just kidding guys, i just wanna get to you closer
@all: is the trial going on hosted by FDA or by their own (gerecht)?
Apetwin, hopefully dextran hydrogel is a major problem solver for us
I'm sick of waiting for the cure.
Hopefully this hydrogel can really regenerate skin 100%. As i see it, many treatments don't actually give you any improvement
Pray that hydrogel not only improve skin
24 October Using stem cells from just 25 milliliters of blood, researchers have grown new blood vessels in just seven days, compared to a month for the same process using bone marrow. These blood vessels were implanted in patients to connect the gastrointestinal tract to the liver
How about that guys? 7 days only?
I gets this from "2014 in science" in wikipedia
Yeah, well they are also apparently able to reverse aging (if IFLS can be trusted at all):
Quote: "Last December, Sinclairs group published a paper in Cell revealing that they had been able to drastically reduce the functional age of muscle tissue."
Why is it so darn hard to fix our skin?! It makes no sense.
So, according to this thread, the mechanisms of scarring are now thoroughly and completely understood. Regenerative medicine has been utilized to restore and create functional cells, tissue, and organs, and we have several valid and effective potential options for a medical means to a scar free future, including decorin, the Dextran Hydrogel, and possibly resveratrol. I've also read, about a dozen pages back or so, about an RF ablative laser that achieved complete healing in burn wounds.
All of that to say, scar free healing appears to have arrived. Or at least, its very nearly here, and the mechanisms are now understood. So, the question now is, what exactly is the hold up? Why aren't we seeing these medical advancements being implemented in public hospitals and offices? The Dextran Hydrogel is still undergoing testing, but what about decorin, a completely organic biological protein? Surely, that must not be difficult to utilize.
Regardless of the obstacles, I believe that we can rest assured knowing that a cure to scar tissue is possible, and could very well be within the foreseeable future. I hold out the hope that in 3 years time, we will have arrived at a scar free age for the general public.

According to this paper on the uses of decorin in spinal cord injuries, "Decorin . . . induces scar dissolution in chronic spinal cord wounds." The paper goes on to say that, "Decorin . . . leads to dissolution of the mature established scar by fibrolysis. Decorin also promoted the regeneration of similar numbers of axons through acute and chronic wounds. Accordingly, intrathecal delivery of Decorin offers a potential translatable treatment for scar tissue attenuation in patients with spinal cord injury." In other words, this paper seems to say that decorin could theoretically be injected directly into a scar site and still achieve results by dissolving the scar tissue, which is evidently what they've accomplished. That implies that excision or damaging layers of skin and lathering on a gel or some such vehicle would not be necessary. Granted, this is comparing spinal cord injury to dermal injury, but it would seem logical to presume that if decorin is capable of healing spinal cord scarring, then it should be aptly capable of healing dermal scarring.
Interestingly enough, decorin is available to buy today over the internet. It's a bit pricey at about $265, but nothing compared to a laser treatment or chemical peel. Fascinatingly, the end to acne scarring could simply be an internet order and a syringe away. This is, of course, assuming I've interpreted the paper and its results correctly. (Please note: I am not advocating experimenting on your skin with things bought over the internet.)

P.S. This may be the most hilarious thing I've read all week.
On that topic, men . . . I know that acne scarring can be severely distressing, physically, emotionally, and mentally, but when it comes to women, don't give the issue too much thought. As long as you display confidence and don't take your scarring too seriously, no worthwhile woman will either. My brother, my best friend, and I all have pretty severe acne and/or acne scarring (They have severe acne. I've opted to treat my acne, but moderate scarring remains over much of my body.), and it's literally a non-issue when it comes to relationships. I have gone on dates with over 15 different women in my high school career, and have absolutely no problems with women (Not bragging, just illustrating a point.). My best friend has no issues whatsoever attracting women because he's confident and okay with who he is. And my brother, who has severe scarring over much of his body, is in a relationship with one of the most beautiful girls you'll meet. This is all because they realize that you are deeper than your skin. Yes, I believe that a cure for scarring will be upon us soon, and I celebrate that. I'm excited for it. But there is absolutely no way that I'm going to allow acne scarring to get in the way of me living my life in the meantime, and I would implore you to adopt the same mantra.
Thus concludes my rant!

WHAT ever dis is
Interesting article:

"This is remarkable because cells do not normally lose their mature properties, let alone regain them later," Parichy said. "Knowing how xanthophores achieve this feat could provide clues to regeneration of tissues and organs without the need for stem cells."
SO I understand the need/desire to continue to cite one-off scientific papers and indulge in fantasies of the pseudo-science varieties, but I do not have evidence that any of this now or soon will lead to any sort of predictable cure or even a 70 percent improvement in acne scars (deep, rolling, depressed, icepick, you know what I'm talking about). NONE. No real before and after pictures and please don't tell me something looks promising or will "soon" be here. This thread was started 7 years AGO!!!! And people SEVEN years ago were saying the same thing, so if anyone has concrete evidence I'm not going to be impressed, i.e. someone with real scars fixed of those scars. Okay? Now carry on with this pointless discussion, it's amusing but I suppose that's all we can do.
Also many of you here are probably just kids or something, but look at this paper about the matrix tunale laser that is supposed to produce up to 50 percent improvment!!!! LOOK AT THIS CRAAAAAAP!!!! Assuming the doctors here would have posted the results of their BEST patient outcomes. LOOK AT THE IMPROVEMENT:
ZERO IMPROVEMENT!!!!!!!!!!! They just changed the light and the angle of the photograph in the before and afters. After FOUR!!! Treatments this laser did NOTHING. If you track a single scar in both the before and after it's still there and not 1 percent improvement leave alone 50!!!
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2956966/ Guys there's nothing and won't be for at least 50 years.
@Rez77: man, are you actually being real? I mean there would actually be acne scars cure within 4 years thanks to hydrogel. Like someone in this forum said. Hydrogel is an cited fact, scientifically reviewed cure. Just hang on, we could regain our lives back
Yeah I'm being real. I mean I want a cure more than any of you --just saw some pics of myself recently and got terrible scars on the side of my temples and upper cheeks --they get worse as you age by the way cause the collagen breaks down and they begin to appear much deeper. It's horrible. Listen there are TONS of things that work "theoretically" and in little lab controlled experiments --that's how scientists get funding!!!! lol
You guys think scientists tell the truth --they're full of shit.
The only thing that WORKS are the things real dermatologists and doctors are using NOW --don't you think they'd WANT to develop the best techniques and use the latest shit to make more money? It's gonna be a long time. NO AMOUNT OF LASER of any variety leads to lasting improvement. So I'm really lost I have no idea. Maybe if you had like 5 million dollars you could get the best scientists to work on something that might give you like 20 percent improvement. I just don't think it's possible given the state of any medicine right now --it would require a true paradigm shift on a massive scale in terms of regenerative medicine. Stop wasting your time. A less conservative estimate? Come back in 2020 don't even think about it till then, honestly.
I'm not even joking I'm planning on becoming a strict buddhist monk till 2020 and then reentering the world around that time. No joke.

I was wrong. It'll take till 2030. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Been reading more stuff about all of this and 2020 will be only the beginning of when the stem cell technologies will begin to be used, another 10 years till they'll reach clinical practice.

I wonder if they'd also consider atrophic scarring sufferers, or why there'd be a distinction?
